Customer Support
We offer a variety of support services. Our technicians are certified professionals with knowledge and experiences required in this field. All to better serve our customers' needs.
System Support
Our system come with 1 year warranty, all repair within covered period will be free of charge. All other none QC Plus system repair will be charged base on an hourly rate of $59 with 1 hour minimum, excludes parts.
Phone Support
Phone Technical Support is offered to all QC Plus customers free of charge. Please have the invoice number ready for faster service.
Sales Support
All sales support could be done through email.
Manufacturer Support
You could go direct to the manufacturer's website, find answers or download update drivers.
